Holotropic Breathwork™ Weekend Retreat |
| Location: Dome Sweet Home Retreat, Crestone, Colorado |
The Retreat Weekend begins on Friday evening with
a discussion of the Maps of Human Consciousness and Introduction to Holotropic Breathwork.
There will be two Breathwork sessions on Saturday followed by mandala drawing and
a fire ceremony. On Sunday morning there will be an opportunity to review Saturday’s
Breathwork sessions by way of discussion, mandala drawing sharing, integration of
the retreat experience & traditional group closing. Sunday Brunch completes the
retreat weekend.
